Who We Are
The Financial Management Services Department (FMS) provides agency fiscal services, human resource services, agency network management services, purchasing and administrative support services to OPM program departments and OPM team members.
Products and Services We Provide
The FMS Fiscal Services Unit provides budget services, accounting and financial reporting services, accounts payable services, billing and accounts receivable services, and payroll services to OPM employees.
The FMS Human Resource Unit provides HR services to OPM team members. Services encompass a wide variety of HR related functions including recruitment and selection, classification, compensation, worker's compensation, retirement, health and life insurance, Affirmative Action, Americans with Disabilities and Fire and Safety.
The FMS Purchasing and Administrative Support Services Unit provides purchasing and administrative support services to all OPM Team members. Administrative Support Services provided include reception, mailroom and copy shop. This unit also manages the State of Oklahoma Voluntary Payroll Deduction Program. This program provides state employees with the option to have employee association dues, contributions to employee association foundations, credit union payments, bank payments, savings association payments, contributions to the College Savings Plan, supplemental insurance premiums, supplemental retirement plans, and subscription fees to Oklahoma Today Magazine automatically deducted from their paychecks.
The FMS Network Management Services Unit supports OPM's mission through the planning, deployment and maintenance of all agency information technology assets. NMS is responsible for the management of all network hardware and software including routers, firewalls, switches, local area network wiring, servers, desktop personal computers and peripherals, as well as providing helpdesk support to all OPM employees. NMS also provides graphic arts services to OPM employees. The NMS mission is to use industry best practices to efficiently deliver computing services to all employees that are useable, timely, reliable, and secure.
