These forms relate to the sale/manufacture/distribution of NEW motorized street-legal vehicles and RV towables.  

We DO NOT license or regulate the sale of Used or Off-Road vehicles.  Click on the tab "Links to Other Motor Vehicle Agencies" on the left side of the page, for agencies that handle other motor vehicle related functions.

Automobile, Motorcycle, and Truck Dealer Forms:

                            Dealer Initial License Packet
                      (Establishment of a brand new dealership OR Purchase of an existing dealership by
                           individuals(s) with no previous financial ownership in that dealership)

                            Dealer Change of Ownership License Packet
                      (A dealership experiencing a change in majority ownership or dealer principal,
                           with at least some of the same ownership staying in place. If it is a complete 
                           change of ownership, do not use this packet, use the Dealer Initial License Packet.)

                            Dealer Adding Franchise(s) License Packet
                      (Apply for additional franchises to existing licensed dealership)

Motor Home and RV Towable Dealer Forms:

                            RV Towable Dealer Initial License Packet
                           (RV Towable Dealers complying with new OMVC Law that, effective Jan 1, 2012,
                           all new RV Towable Dealers must be licensed with this Commission)

                             RV Dealer Adding Franchise(s) License Packet
                           (For RV Dealers who are already licensed with the OMVC, that are adding new
                           line-makes of Motor Homes or adding new RV Towables)
