We suggest looking at a similar event on the Event Calendar in order to determine what type of information we require for each type of event. That way, you’ll be sure to provide the facts we need to post it to our site.

Not all events can make it into the e-newsletter. However, most events are posted on the Events page of the website. Please check OklahomaFilm.org for a complete list of events throughout the week.

The quickest way to browse and find locations in Oklahoma is to search Reel-Scout, Oklahoma’s Locations Database. This Database is found on OklahomaFilm.org by clicking on the Locations tab at the top of this page. From the Locations page, users can search Oklahoma locations by category or free form. Users may also request more information about locations by selecting the link at the bottom of each location’s page.

Homes and businesses make up a valuable part of the Locations Database and we are always looking for more. Reel-Crew, Oklahoma’s online production guide, is searchable on OklahomaFilm.org by selecting the Production Guide tab at the top of this page. From the Production Guide page, users can find qualified crew in Oklahoma by searching by category, name, or location. Each crew listing contains relevant contact information and credits accrued.

Any production crewmember with at least one professional credit is encouraged to register for the Production Guide. To register, click on the Production Guide tab at the top of this page and select the “Register Now” link. After filling out the registration form in its entirety, please list at least one professional credit per category you have listed yourself under. After you have submitted your registration, please allow a few days for our approval before your profile will be available to view live.

Under Oklahoma’s Expatriate Provision, crew professionals that have ties to Oklahoma may register for Oklahoma’s Production Guide. In order to be qualified as an Oklahoma Expatriate, individuals must provide proof in the form of one of the qualified documents: Birth Certificate, Driver's License, College or High School Transcript, or parent(s) home address, verifiable by current utility bill.
