TIME ZONE
Oklahoma is on Central Standard Time (CST) from the last Sunday in October until the first Sunday in April. The rest of the year, Daylight Savings Time is in effect. The only exception is the city of Kenton in Oklahoma’s far northwest corner, which is on Mountain Standard Time (MST), one hour earlier all year. Time moves forward one hour in spring and back one hour in fall.
