Remember: your CE credits must be completed and copies of CE certificates attached to your license renewal forms and received by DOCC no later than December 1, 2008. Faxed copies will not be accepted.

Continuing Education Provider Application

Please remember that by statute these courses need to be re-submitted each year. If you need to re-submit any courses that are due after October 1st of this year, please do so before that date so there will be less confusion for the brokers who are taking the course for renewal, since renewal forms are due by December 1st, 2008. Also, please notify the DOCC if you discontinue a course at any time.
