Employee of the Quarter: Shellie Willoughby

Shellie Willoughby, GIS specialist, in OCC’s Information Technology Division was named Employee of the Quarter at the Conservation Commission's May staff meeting. At the June meeting of the Conservation Commission, Shellie was recognized again by the Commissioners.

The nomination submitted for Shellie stated “Shellie is the quintessential ‘company woman,’ always willing to stay the extra hour and assume the leadership role when called upon.” She was cited for representing OCC on the state Geographic Information Council and the South Central Arc Users Group and for coordinating GIS Day at the Capitol, for which she received national recognition.
