Water Quality DivisionWQ Planning Reports
GIS Water Quality Targeting. FY1994. Standard Operating Procedures for Water Quality Monitoring and Assessment Activities. 2006. Nonpoint Source Management Plan NP Management Program 1997 Revision Nonpoint Source Assessment Report Every five years, the Oklahoma Conservation Commission must draft a Section 319(h) Nonpoint Source Assessment Report that describes and evaluates the state's waters for nonpoint source pollution. The Conservation Commission relies on data it collects, and data provided by other state agencies to compare to Oklahoma Water Quality Standards using Oklahoma's Use Support Assessment Protocols to determine whether or not a body of water is threatened or impaired by Nonpoint Source Pollution. That data is now a part of the state's Integrated Report which can be accessed through DEQ's website. For information on assessment of the state's waters for nonpoint source pollution, please see the latest Oklahoma Integrated Water Quality Assessment Report on the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality website. |
