The largest portion is spent on Health/Human Services and on Education, including kindergarten through 12th grade, Career Technology, and Higher Education Component Unit. This is followed by payments for fiduciary functions (assets held for others) where funds are processed on behalf of others such as local sales tax revenues disburse back to cities and towns, state employee retirement/benefit systems and funds held in trust for individuals.
