Programs
COJC offers many treatment services to assist the residents address the issues that led to their placement at the facility and to help them prepare for a successful return to their community once they have completed the program. The facility prepares the residents to accept responsibility for their behaviors and understand the obligation each individual has to maintain a safe community. Professional staff provide a variety of treatment interventions and the facility is always looking to enhance existing services to best meet the needs of the residents and the public.

In addition to regular program services COJC also provides various activities for the residents. The holidays are often celebrated by Christmas decorations, Thanksgiving dinners and other seasonal events. Outdoor cookouts, crazy olympics, and talent shows are some of the other activities arranged throughout the year.
