On this page, you will find all of the pertinent information that you will need to become a Trainee appraiser in the state of Oklahoma. If you have previously held an appraisal license in Oklahoma, please see Board Rule 600:10-1-14; located under REGULATORY GUIDANCE, to find information on Reinstatement.
As of January 1, 2008, the AQB Criteria for qualifying education has been changed. Appraiser courses must now be the courses listed in the Core Curriculum.

*All Trainee appraisers are required to have a supervising appraiser at all times while licensed at entry level (see below).
