Producers/Agents Licensing – Our Producers/Agents Licensing Division processes applications and answers questions from resident and non-resident producers.

Adjusters – Our Adjusters Licensing Division processes applications and answers questions from resident and non-resident adjusters.

Rate and Form Filing

Life and Health – The Life and Health Division reviews all forms for compliance. In addition, Life and Health regulates and issues licenses to utilization review providers.

Property and Casualty – The Property and Casualty Division receives all property and casualty policy forms and determines whether they conform to the statutes of Oklahoma.

Legal Information – The OID legal staff provides legal support to Commissioner Holland and all divisions of the OID. In addition, they represent the public interest in all hearings and proceedings held before the Commissioner.

Financial Division – The major functions of the Financial Division are company licensing, examinations, financial analysis and collection of premium taxes.
