Is my Insurance Agent Licensed?

You can use our system to check if your insurance agent is currently licensed, when the licensed was issued, and what type of license your agent possesses.

Follow the directions below to check your agency/individual/company status.

Step 1. Select "Oklahoma" from the state drop down menu. See the figure below.

Step 2. Depending upon which option you choose to search by, you will see a different screen.

If searching by agency, you will see the following screen. You must enter a license number or at least two of the following options: firm name, city and address type. Click Submit.

If searching by individual, you will see the following screen. You must enter a license number or at least two of the following options: Last name, first name, city. Click Submit.

If searching by company, you will see the following screen. You must enter an NAIC ID or company name.
Click Submit.
