Frequently Asked Questions

Q: My login name and/or password are not working. What do I do?
A: First, both the login name and password are case sensitive, so check your spelling and try to log in again. If that does not work, then try the "lost password" button and change your password. If you still encounter problems, then call the OK.gov help desk at (405)524-3468 ext 121 or the Highway Safety Office.

Q: I am trying to register but my agency does not appear on the list. What's wrong?
A: If your agency does not appear on the list, it usually means someone has already registered your agency and only one contact person is allowed. To verify this, call the Ok.gov help desk at (405)524-3468 ext 121 or call the Highway Safety Office.

Q: The previous contact person is no longer with the agency and we have no way of obtaining the necessary login information. What can we do?
A: This will require that you contact either the Ok.gov help desk at (405)524-3468 ext 121 or the Highway Safety Office to obtain a new login name and password.
