Grant Reporting

The Oklahoma Highway Safety Office (OHSO) requires each Project Director, at the end of the grant project, to submit a Project Director’s Summary Report by Nov. 1. This report allows OHSO personnel to determine of the objectives of the project were met.

(In Windows, pull down the menu from the Word logo and click on “send,” then click on “e-mail.” Or you can save the document as a file within your computer, then include it in an e-mail as an attachment.)
