	Youth Alcohol The 2Much2Lose program has been established to combat the youth alcohol problem in Oklahoma. This program is administered by the Department of Mental Health Substance Abuse Services. 	CRASHs Court Program A Program for your school to prevent Impaired Driving. 	Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor (TSRP) The TSRP is available to assist Municipal Attorneys and District Attorneys with prosecution of impaired driving cases. The TSRP is also available to provide training and other technical assistance in traffic related cases. 	DUI and Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) Testing In Oklahoma, you are considered under the influence if you have a BAC of .08 or higher If you have a BAC of .15 or higher, you can be charged with Aggravated DUI Penalties can include loss of driving privileges, fines, incarceration, and other legal requirements The Board of Chemical Tests will be starting the new Intoxilyzer 8000 Fielding Project for Oklahoma in October of 2007.
