The Oklahoma Human Rights Commission (OHRC) has the authority to investigate discrimination complaints in Employment, Housing and Public Accommodation.  The OHRC also has the authority to accept, serve and report on complaints of Racial Profiling.

Any person believing he or she has been discriminated against in Employment, Housing, Public Accommodation, or Racial Profiling, has the right to file a complaint.  The following will assist in determining if a person’s allegations are covered by the laws OHRC enforces.
