Oklahoma Strategic Workforce Dual Issuance (OSWDI)

OSWDIs are policies jointly released by the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission and the Oklahoma Department of Commerce pertaining to workforce system services that affect partner programs, including service delivery in the Workforce Oklahoma Centers.

Oklahoma Employment and Training Issuances (OETIs) / Memos

Workforce Investment Act (WIA) policy is prepared and issued on behalf of the Governor’s Council for Workforce and Economic Development by the Employment and Training Division of the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission.  Each policy is assigned a reference number that identifies the year and sequence the policy was issued.  Within the State of Oklahoma, WIA policies are called Oklahoma Employment and Training Issuances and are commonly referred to as OETIs (o’ tees).  Click on the links below to access the desired OETI/Memo.
