Oklahoma Employment and Training Issuances (OETIs) / Memos
Workforce Investment Act (WIA) policy is prepared and issued on behalf of the Governor’s Council for Workforce and Economic Development by the Employment and Training Division of the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission. Each policy is assigned a reference number that identifies the year and sequence the policy was issued. Within the State of Oklahoma, WIA policies are called Oklahoma Employment and Training Issuances and are commonly referred to as OETIs (o’ tees).
