Special Excepted Appointment (SEA) Project
A Program to hire People with Disabilities People with disabilities may obtain employment with the Federal government through a number of avenues including the Special Excepted Appointment Project which was developed to provide an alternate route to employment for people with severe disabilities. To qualify for an excepted appointment you must meet certain criteria: Have the basic knowledge, skills and abilities for the job and be able to perform the duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
