NOTICE: Unemployment Insurance payments are taxable. If you received state or federal unemployment insurance payments or ATAA payments in 2013 you will be mailed a 1099-G form which will list the unemployment benefits paid to you along with any taxes withheld from those payments. The 1099’s will be mailed to your last known address. If you moved and did not notify the commission you may call our Service Centers at either 525-1500, if you live in the Oklahoma City calling area or 1-800-555-1554 if you live outside the Oklahoma City calling area. Please be advised that a new 1099 cannot be mailed to you until 2-7-2014.

NOTICE:  The Extended Unemployment Compensation (EUC) program will end December 31, 2013. The last payable week for any EUC benefits regardless of any benefit amounts remaining on the claim is the week ending December 28, 2013. If you have any additional questions, please contact the Unemployment Insurance Service Center at 1-800-555-1554.  Thank you.
