State and county candidates, officers, and certain state employees are required to file personal financial disclosure. The forms are designed to highlight conflicts of interests. All statements are public record and subject to the Open Records Act. They may be accessed in the Commission office between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm daily and may be copied for twenty-five cents per page.
