Forms for Lobbyist Reporting

The following forms are for use by lobbyist in 2008-2009 to register, report expenditures or terminate lobbying activity:

• FORM L-1.  Lobbyist Registration  (applies to persons compensated for lobbying in Oklahoma}
• FORM L-2.  Lobbyists and Other Persons Expenditure Report   (applies to lobbyists registered in Oklahoma}
• FORM L-3.  Lobbyist Termination  (applies to a registered lobbyist who wishes to terminate lobbying activity in Oklahoma for one or more lobbyist principals)
