Forms for Lobbyist Registration and Reporting

Lobbyist Registrations, expenditures reports and terminations for Calendar Year 2011 must be filed electronically.

• FORM L-1 Lobbyist Registration (applies to persons compensated for lobbying in Oklahoma)
• FORM L-2 Lobbyists and Other Persons Expenditure Reports (applies to lobbyists registered in Oklahoma}
• FORM L-3 Lobbyist Termination (applies to a registered lobbyist who wishes to terminate lobbying activity in Oklahoma for one or more lobbyist principals)
