NOTICE REGARDING PROPOSED ADMINISTRATIVE RULES

 

The Oklahoma Department of Labor has proposed amendments to administrative rules.  The public is invited to comment on these proposed changes.  Please see below for the comment period dates, hearing times and locations, and links to notices of rulemaking intent, proposed rules, and rule impact statements.    

 

Wage and Hour

Comment Period:    February 15, 2012 through March 19, 2012 at 5:00 p.m.

Hearing:                    March 20, 2012 at 1:30 p.m.

                                   Oklahoma Department of Labor

Current status:           The proposed rules were submitted to the Legislature and Governor on March 29, 2012.
