Oklahoma Law Affecting the Oklahoma Department of Labor
The Oklahoma Government Website Information Act, 74 Okla. Stat. §§ 3106-3106.4, requires each state agency to post on its website:
- Any administrative rules adopted pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act, which the public body uses to operate;
- Any proposed administrative rules submitted by the public body pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act;
- Any statutes [affecting] the public body and its operations; and
- Any statutes the public may find useful in interacting with the public body.
