NOTICE REGARDING ADMINISTRATIVE RULES

 

The Oklahoma Department of Labor has proposed several amendments to administrative rules.  The public is invited to comment on these proposed changes.  Please see below for the comment period dates, hearing times and locations, and links to notices of rulemaking intent, proposed rules, and rule impact statements.    

 

Asbestos

Comment Period:        January 15, 2010 through February 25, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.
Hearing:                        February 25, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.
