Worker Safety Policy Council

The Worker Safety Policy Council (WSPC) was created by legislation to "...study and formulate reforms for worker safety that could result in lower work-related injuries and result in lower workers¿ compensation costs for business."

The WSPC submits an annual report to the Governor, Speaker of the House and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate. These reports are the WSPC's findings and recommendations concerning worker safety in Oklahoma.
