The Oklahoma Access to Recovery (OATR) program is part of a Presidential initiative to implement a voucher program designed to provide client choice among substance abuse services and recovery support service providers. The key elements of the OATR program include independent assessment, participant choice of service providers, service linkages with faith based and community organizations, and an electronic voucher method of payment. A grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) funds the program and services for qualifying individuals. Oklahoma Access to Recovery intends to work in conjunction with the criminal justice system and other treatment providers. OATR is currently operating in the following counties: Oklahoma, Tulsa, Cleveland, Canadian Logan, Lincoln, Pottawatamie, McClain, Comanche, Garfield, Creek and Rogers.

The OATR team would like to inform you that all vouchers are scheduled to expire on 09/25/10. Because we are in the final days of the grant closing, there will be no extension or exceptions granted. In addition, the voucher management system will go offline on 09/29/10; therefore, ALL BILLING for services rendered must be entered into the system no later that 09/29/10. Any billing entered into the system beyond the cut off date will not be paid.
Once again, it has been a pleasure to work with you and the OATR team appreciates the commitment you have demonstrated during the life of this grant. If you have any questions, please contact Johnny Jones at (405) 522-5842.
