The Oklahoma Access to Recovery (OATR) program facilitates individual choice and promotes multiple pathways to recovery through the development and implementation of substance abuse treatment and recovery support services through traditional and non-traditional services.
Traditional treatment providers, faith-based and community organizations are encouraged to participate in the OATR program. Faith-based and community organizations that meet defined requirements and follow the OATR Credentialing Protocol are eligible to become Credentialed OATR Recovery Support Service Providers.
