PACT360 Train the Trainer Class
ODMHSAS Training Center - Shepherd Mall, 2401 NW 23rd Street, Suite 1F, Oklahoma City, OK 73107
Trainers/course participants will need to adhere to the following criteria: Trainers must do at least 2 PACT360 presentations before December 31st. Trainers must complete and submit presentation documentation to ODMHSAS. Each RPC Region is required to have 2 trainers who train a minimum of 60 people. 40% of audience that are trained must be adults.

The 2M2L training will provide an in depth look at environmental prevention strategies to reduce underage drinking. The training will offer specialized instruction for both law enforcement agencies and community members. The training incorporates tactical instruction in party dispersals, compliance checks, and shoulder taps with community building strategies. The training will equip law enforcement officers and community members with the knowledge and skills to properly perform prevention strategies in a joint effort to enforce the underage drinking laws. The 2M2L Law Enforcement Training has been approved for 17.25 hours for Certified Prevention Specialists and 17.25 hours of CLEET for all law enforcement officers. The training meets at least two (2) hours of the CLEET continuing education on recognizing and handling the mentally ill. The training will be free-of-charge.

Substance Abuse Prevention Skills Training (SAPST): Building our Behavioral Health Workforce Training for Prevention Professionals
This innovative training, combining online and in-person components, offers practitioners a comprehensive introduction to the substance abuse prevention field. Grounded in current research and SAMHSA’s Strategic Prevention Framework, the SAPST is designed to help practitioners develop the knowledge and skills needed to implement effective, data-driven prevention that reduces behavioral health disparities and improves wellness. It is appropriate for entry-level prevention practitioners, as well as professionals working in related fields. The SAPST consists of a five-hour, self-paced online module, followed by a four- day/26-hour interactive, in-person training.
