Oklahoma Epidemiology Profile
The Oklahoma State Epidemiology Profile of Substance Use is a planning tool for substance abuse prevention planners at the state, county and community level. The report details several major indicators of substance abuse in Oklahoma, and is part of an ongoing effort to gain a deeper understanding of Oklahoma substance consumption and consequences across the life span.

Oklahoma Prevention Needs Assessment Survey
The 2006 Oklahoma Prevention Needs Assessment is a survey of 6th, 8th, 10th and 12th grade students and is designed to assess students' involvement in a specific set of problem behaviors, as well as their exposure to a set of scientifically evaluated risk and protective factors.

Suicide Prevention Toolkit
Youth suicide in our state is a major public health problem. Suicide is the second leading cause of death for young people in Oklahoma, and an astounding 15% of youth surveyed in Oklahoma report that they have seriously considered suicide. Whether it is suicide deaths, attempts, or related problems such as alcohol and other drug use or barriers to mental health services, your community likely has some level of risk for youth suicide.
