• Registration fees are $125/day beginning on March 16 through on-site registration at the conference.

Know Before You Go!

• Parking

Valet parking is available at the hotel for $10/day for all attendees.  This includes those who are staying at the hotel and those who are not staying at the hotel.  The hotel is connected to a public parking facility via the skywalk; the hotel does not have control over public parking rates.  Current public parking rates range between $6-7/day.  Public parking rates increase when there are special events occurring downtown, such as the Thunder v. Washington basketball game on March 27.

• The Central Oklahoma Transportation & Parking Authority offers other public parking options.  
• Santa Fe Parking Garage located at 2 Santa Fe Plaza with entrances off Robert S. Kerr and E.K. Gaylord.
• Cox Convention Center Parking Garage located at 1 Myriad Gardens with entrances off Robinson and E.K. Gaylord.  ***Please note that overnight parking is NOT available at the Cox Convention Center Parking Garage***
