Systems of Care - Project Director Resources
An effective local SOC structure consists of key positions, each with its own set of skills and job responsibilities. A base local team structure has the positions listed to the left in the diagram. Each positions has a specific purpose when serving children, youth, and families in Oklahoma. The Project Director is the chief staff person responsible for implementing the Community Team plan on a day-to-day basis. The relationship between the Project Director and Community Team chair is similar to the one between an agency executive director and an agency board president. While the Project Director is probably an employee of the Host Agency, he or she is guided by the Community Team.
