With a goal to ensure access to appropriate care for all Oklahomans, and an on-going focus on increasing the effectiveness of services, the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Service (ODMHSAS) recognizes the importance of a well trained, competent workforce.  ODMHSAS regulates standards through certification for providers such as Behavioral Health Case Managers, provides specialized training for individuals providing a specific set of services like behavioral health rehabilitation services, and offers a wide variety of other training opportunities to promote professional development.
