Fundamental Case Management Development Training Schedule 

Enrollment is limited. On site registration is not accepted. All enrollment prerequisites must be met prior to enrollment. Please review the Steps to Certification 

Training Registration:  Once the applicant has successfully passed the exam, they will need to fax their Coaching Report (exam results) to 405-522-8661. Please write the date of the training you wish to attend on your Coaching Report before you fax it.  You cannot enroll in training until we receive your coaching report.  Applicants will receive a confirmation of registration in training by e-mail once they have been enrolled in the training class.  It will be sent to your email address listed in the database.

 *Amount of classroom instruction required is dependent upon education level/classification provided with initial application. Applicants are required to attend days as specified at the time of initial approval. 

• The Behavioral Health Case Manager I must attend two (2) days of classroom instruction
• The Behavioral Health Case Manager II must attend one (1) day of classroom instruction (Day two (2) of training)
• The Behavioral Health Case Manager III is not required to attend any classroom instruction. Exam results must be faxed to (405) 522-8661 for certificate information.
