ODMHSAS Legislation

The Oklahoma legislature meets from early February through late May each year. The ODMHSAS is governed by laws passed by the legislature and signed by the governor and operates through appropriations allocations agreed to as part of the legislative process.

During the course of the legislative session, the legislature considers many bills that have implications for ODMHSAS and the consumers we serve. To access the most recent ODMHSAS tracking report, click here.

To learn more about the legislative process, visit www.lsb.state.ok.us. On this web site you can identify your personal senator and representative as well as access the full text and status of all legislation under consideration.
