ODMHSAS Provider Certification manages the statutory certification processes stipulated by O.S., Title 43A, fl 2-101. As such, ODMHSAS is responsible for certifying all Alcohol and Drug Treatment programs, Community Mental Health Centers and Community Residential Care Mental Health programs, Gambling Treatment programs, Eating Disorder Treatment programs, Community-Based Structured Crisis Centers, and Programs of Assertive Community Treatment.
