ODMHSAS Administrative Rules

The ODMHSAS is statutorily mandated to regulate all substance abuse treatment programs and related services in the state. Additionally, the Department regulates those residential care facilities and community mental health center treatment programs with which the Department contracts. The rules and regulations, found in various chapters of Title 450 of the state's Administrative Rules, must be followed by programs which are developing or providing services. Department staff members periodically review programs to determine their compliance with the rules and regulations. An unofficial copy is offered here. Official copies can be obtained from the Office of Administrative Rules at the Oklahoma Secretary of State's office.
