Notice of Proposed Rules

Notice of proposed changes and modifications to permanent rules.  Changes are intended to comply with statutory changes, clarify issues, correct errors, improve language and/or address other needs as appropriate.  Proposed rules are subject to a public hearing prior to permanent rulemaking.  ODMHSAS invites public comment and asks those affected by proposed rules to submit written information to the Department.  Instructions for submission are included within proposed rule notices. Current notices including identification of rules, notices of rulemaking intent and copies of proposed rules are listed below:
