Targeting communities throughout the state, the Enforcing Underage Drinking Laws (EUDL) project aims to decrease underage drinking and related social problems, decrease youth access to alcohol, increase community-level support for environmental change, and increase youth-driven prevention activities. The project's comprehensive plan includes law enforcement training and technical assistance, community mobilization, strategic partnership development, youth leadership development, interagency collaboration, and media advocacy. This project is also known as 2 Much 2 Lose (2M2L).

2M2L Clubs
Any school or organization that wants to start a 2M2L club can do so by completing the registration form below. 2M2L Clubs actively participate in the state’s underage drinking prevention initiative by doing local and statewide action-based activities. Youth leaders are given the tools to effectively combat underage drinking utilizing the environmental prevention model.
2M2L Youth Council: A eight to ten member state Youth Council representing each region of the state, meets quarterly to plan and implement all 2M2L youth activities. Youth Council members are paid a stipend to off-set costs of travel and time. Youth Council members are on the Council for a two-year term unless they graduate high-school prior.
2M2L Youth Council Mission: The Too Much To Lose (2M2L) State Youth Council aims to prevent underage drinking through training, education, and communication throughout the state of Oklahoma.

AlcoholEdu for all Oklahoma High Schools!
AlcoholEdu for High School is now available at NO COST to every high school in Oklahoma
The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services is pleased to announce Oklahoma’s statewide adoption of AlcoholEdu for High School as part of its 2 Much 2 Lose (2M2L) underage drinking and prevention campaign. AlcoholEdu is an evidence-based online alcohol prevention course that engages today's teens using the tools they love -- the internet, videos, and project-based learning.
Created by the prevention team at EverFi, Inc, AlcoholEdu is a nationally recognized online alcohol prevention program. Over a half-million students participate each year. AlcoholEdu for College is a requirement for all first year students at Oklahoma State University, and now all Oklahoma high schools can have the program for free!
AlcoholEdu for High School is included on SAMSHA’s National Registry of Evidence-Based Programs and Practices (NREPP) and proven to increase knowledge; change student attitudes, behaviors and most importantly reduce the negative consequences associated with underage drinking.
