odc Oklahoma Sheltered Workshops


Oklahoma Sheltered Workshops, Community Integrated Employment, (CIE), and Group Home Services are designed to serve developmentally disabled individuals. Individuals must possess a full scale IQ of 75 and below in order to receive services. Box 25352, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73125-0352. (DDSD)'S office number is (405) 521-6267.

Individuals must have a diagnosis of Mental Retardation in order to receive state funded services. In order for an individual to be certified, psychological testing from a licensed psychologist, (Ph.D.) or educational testing from the recipients school must accompany application for (DDSD) services. Testing has to be conducted with in the last five years in order to satisfy eligibility criteria. Test results must reflect a full scale IQ of 75 and below for eligibility determination.
