(IOI) Provides specialized Services for developmentally disabled individuals. An individual must be diagnosed with Mental Retardation and be certified through Developmental Disability Services Division, (DDSD) in order to receive assistance.  Services include HTS, Home Habilitation Training and Home Maker Services, as well as Transportation and Respite services.
