The deadline for submission of requests and all necessary documentation for alternative testing arrangements is the regular registration deadline. Because of space, staff, and time constraints, there can be no assurance that requests received after this deadline can be accommodated.

* Regular Registration: If you register via the Internet, your online registration must be completed by 5:00 P.M. central time on the regular registration deadline. If you register by mail, your registration materials must be postmarked by the regular registration deadline. If there are multiple postmarks, the most recent postmark date will be honored.

** Late Registration (requires an additional $35 fee): If you register via the Internet, your online registration must be completed by 5:00 P.M. central time on the late registration deadline. If you register by mail, your registration materials must be received by the late registration deadline.

† Emergency Registration (requires an additional $55 fee): If you register via the Internet, your online registration must be completed by 5:00 P.M. central time on the emergency registration deadline. If you register by telephone, you must call before 5:00 P.M. central time on the emergency registration deadline.
