OARS Application Preparation Workshops
Applications for the FY13 OARS funding cycle will be submitted online through OKGrants. In order to help clients familiarize themselves with the new system, OCAST will host two OKGrants and OARS proposal workshops prior to the application deadline. Individual and small group workshops will also be available according to client requests. Based upon the current funding cycle's solicitation, these meetings are designed to assist applicants in effectively navigating the OKGrants system and completing the OARS application as well as answer any specific questions an applicant may have.
The group workshops times and locations are noted below. Each workshop will begin at 10 a.m. with an OKGrants overview followed by a lunch break and will conclude with an OARS application overview.
July 11, Oklahoma City: MetroTechnology Center - Springlake Campus, 1700 Springlake Drive, Economic Development Center Room 114
July 19, Tulsa: University of Tulsa Allen Champan Activity Center, 440 S. Gary Avenue, Great Hall B
