	Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) Request FTP Access Most users will not require access to the Secure FTP server. If you have a user account which allows you to access the Oklahoma PMP web site, you can securely submit your prescribing data using the PMP Upload Center. Access to the Secure FTP site is only needed if you are: 1) Using a pharmacy or prescription management software program that will support Secure FTP. If you are not sure that your program supports Secure FTP, please contact your pharmacy or prescription management software vendor for clarification before requesting an account. 2) Submitting one file which contains data from multiple pharmacies or dispensing practitioners. Important Information
Prior to July 1, 2006 only Schedule II controlled substances required electronic submission to OBNDDC. Beginning July 1, 2006 all dispensers of scheduled controlled substances must report Schedules II, III, IV, and V to OBNDDC. Additionally, beginning July 1, 2006 all submissions will be sent directly to OBNDDC instead of a third-party data collection service.
Dates to Remember
July 1, 2006 - The reporting of Schedule II, III, IV, and V controlled substances to new system becomes available for all dispensers. August 1, 2006 - Last day for dispensers to be in compliance with the new reporting procedures.
