Evidence Property

The hours to obtain property from the OBNDDC Evidence Room are 9:00 to 4:00 Monday through Friday.

For best results in obtaining your property, please follow the listed guidelines:

- Make an appointment with the property officer prior to coming into OBN.
  You can reach our property room by calling 405-530-3168 or   1-800-522-8031.
- Bring photo identification.
- If you are picking up a vehicle you must have the following:
    Proof of insurance
    Current title showing ownership.
- If you are not the actual owner, you must provide a notarized letter from  the owner stating approval for you to pick up the property.
- Unclaimed or abandoned property will be stored for 180 days and then it will be destroyed.

PLEASE NOTE: Property cannot be released without prior approval from the OBN Case Agent or Court. Our Property Officer will not release any property without the authorization directly from the above list source.
