Apply for a Permit using the Interim Permit Application/CPE Reporting Form available under 'Permit' on the Forms menu. For the permit you must report 40 hours of CPE with 2 hours of ethics and provide evidence of successful completion of the AICPA Comprehensive Ethics Exam.
