Complaints

The Oklahoma Accountancy Board is a State Agency empowered to enforce the Oklahoma Accountancy Act and promulgate rules and regulations. All complaints must be alleged violations of Law and/or Rules. The OAB reviews all complaints in order to protect welfare of the public. Recovery of money for damages is beyond the scope of the OAB’s operations and complainants may seek relief through other civil proceedings. Fees for professional services are not within the jurisdiction of the OAB.

Before a complaint can be investigated you will be requested to submit your complaint in writing. Complaints must be signed and may be submitted in any written format but you are welcome to use the following form
