The Nicoma Park Community Center offers a large room with a full-size kitchen with tables and chairs for your use. Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis.
Rental of the facility requires a $200 cash deposit at the time of reservation. An application must be completed and returned with the deposit. The rental time is a minimum of 3 hours for $100.00 ($125 if alcohol is served) with every additional hour being $10.00 per hour. After your event is over and the facility has been properly cleaned and reset, the deposit will be refunded. All applicants must comply with the rental information and rules.
