Granite

Oklahoma's commercially quarried granite deposits are confined to the Arbuckle and Wichita Mountains; production is limited to Johnston County in the Arbuckles and Greer, Jackson and Kiowa Counties in the Wichitas. The variety of colors of granite found in Oklahoma make it desirable for use as dimension stone and monument stone.
