The Rules and Regulations of the Oklahoma Department of Mines are found in Title 460 of the Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) which is maintained by:  The Secretary of State, Office of Administrative Rules (OAR), P.O. Box 3390, Will Rogers Building, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., Suite 220, Oklahoma City, OK  73152-3390. Unofficial copies of the rules of the Oklahoma Department of Mines may be obtained for $20.00 plus $5.00 for shipping and handling. Copies of single pages can be obtained for $.25 each.  Every effort has been made to ensure that the unofficial copies provided by the agency accurately reflect the official rules on file with the Secretary of State's Office of Administrative Rules.
